Eligible for Exchange
We only offer exchanges in the following cases:
• Damaged shoes
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong size delivered
• Wrong article delivered
Time Limit
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof Required
Clear photos or an unboxing video must be shared on WhatsApp for approval before the exchange is processed.
Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not offer exchanges in the following cases:
• Change of mind
• Slight color variation due to lighting or screen differences
• Items that have been used, worn, or tried outdoors
• Box damaged by the customer
Exchange Process
Items must be returned in their original box and in unused condition.
Once the request is reviewed and approved, the exchange will be processed.
In case of a size exchange, the customer is responsible for return delivery charges.
If the issue is due to our error, we will cover the delivery charges.
Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds.
